If you experience an issue with activation, delivery, key validation, or a defective key, please contact our official Discord Community & Support Tickets before opening a payment inquiry or bank dispute. This gives our team the opportunity to verify the order and resolve the issue quickly.

Fast Resolution

Our support team provides real-time technical assistance through the official Discord support channel. When a delivered key is defective or an order requires correction, we may provide an immediate replacement key or another appropriate resolution after verifying the purchase.

How to Contact Support

Open a support ticket through the official Discord community and include the email used at checkout, your order or invoice reference, and a clear description of the issue. Do not share payment card numbers, passwords, or private authentication codes.

Refunds and Payment Disputes

Because digital licenses can be delivered and activated immediately, refund eligibility depends on the order status, the nature of the issue, and applicable law. We ask buyers to contact support first so we can investigate and offer troubleshooting, replacement, or a refund where appropriate.

This support-first process does not waive or restrict any non-waivable consumer rights or any rights available under applicable law. If support cannot resolve a valid issue, you may use any remedy available to you.
